Target Audience
This course is directed to infectious diseases physicians, pediatricians, public health specialists, infection control specialists, epidemiologists, and those who oversee infection control programs. Fellows are always welcome at no charge!
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this educational activity, participants should be able to:
- recognize unusual infectious diseases pathophysiology, epidemiology, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, therapeutic management and prevention, therapy,
- recognize emerging, life-threatening infections, and
- identify new challenging issues for managing chronic infectious diseases.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Missouri State Medical Association (MSMA) through the joint providership of the St. Louis STD/HIV Prevention Training Center and ID Society of St. Louis.
